Communication skills need improvement. Proper due diligence of Educating first time home buyers and setting proper expectations of overall loan process. Better customer service skills overall including being empathetic and supportive. When requesting manager follow-up, Tonya referred Branch manager, Brian Wilson, whom reflected the company poorly . . . a voicemail and email addressed to Brian regarding urgent matters did not received proper follow up - no follow up at all.
